If You Still Haven't Visited the Most Festive Bar in NYC This Holiday Season, Here's What You're Missing Out On...

We've told you about several holiday-themed bars to cross off your holiday bucket list this month. You remember us highlighting Miracle on 9th Street, and then there's Eataly's Baita, too.

That being said, that's just the tip of the proverbial boozy iceberg, because we simply can't forget about these other festive holiday restaurants and barseither.

But many old-school New Yorkers would argue there's no one that quite does it like Rolf's German Restaurant in Gramercy-- and from the looks of it below, we'd have to agree.

It's estimated that there are about 15,000 ornaments and 100,000 lights hung up inside, costing between $60,000 and $65,000 each year.

Now check out some of the most beautiful Insta-photos of the interior that we can find below.

Then make it a point to cross this quintessential German restaurant/bar off your 2015 holiday bucket list-- as soon as humanly possible.

Because... well, December in New York City
